great hotel, great staff
spacious rooms effective air conditioning rooftop bar
the hotel had been recently renovated. the rooms were spacious. air conditioning worked effectively. there was luggage storage and even a rooftop bar. it was walkable to major sights and overall convenient.
the hotel charged the same rate for my child as they did for adults. there were no additional benefits provided. the room was small making it uncomfortable to even move around.

some issues .
cramped room basic breakfast
The room i stayed in was smaller than expected, it was actually quite cramped. there was barely enough space to move around, a little uncomfortable. the breakfast buffet was also a bit of a letdown. It was pretty basic and the options felt limited. i hoped for a better start to my mornings, but it just wasn't the highlight i was expecting.

clean room tidy rooftop bar convenient location small room stale pastries missing safe
my room was clean. i liked the tidy rooftop bar, it was a relaxing spot. the hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient.. very helpful for my travel plans.
my standard single room was quite small. the breakfast pastries tasted a bit stale. i also noticed there was no safe in my room, it was disappointing.

Reasonable experience at a convenient location
great location train station friendly staff small room missing chair old hall
I enjoyed the excellent location. It was near the train station. A supermarket next door was convenient. The staff WAS friendly and helpful.
I found the room quite SMALL. There was no chair in the room. The hall felt a bit old. It needs some updating for a better impression.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of gluten free food for my coeliac son. It was lovely. The location was perfect for exploring.
I noticed that some amenities differed between rooms.
